I will take a long-term leave of absence to receive medical treatment for my sickness (injury). Am I eligible for temporary disability compensation? How can I apply?

If employees become unable to work for three days or more consecutively and are not given their salaries, compensation for sickness or injuries will be provided to ensure they can live over the period.

 

MSDKK and MSDGK employee : a set of documents will be delivered to you from Payroll, Inc. Please complete the required form, seal it in the enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope, and return it to Payroll Inc.
