How much are monthly insurance premiums of Voluntarily and Continuously Insurance System?

The insurance premium (the total sum of employer's portion plus insured person's portion) is calculated by multiplying the insurance premium rate by your standard monthly remuneration at the time you left employment or by the average (as of September 30 in the previous fiscal year) standard monthly remuneration of all insured persons (830,000 yen in fiscal year 2024/830,000yen in fiscal year 2025), whichever is lower.
