My parents are covered under National Health Insurance. Can I transfer them so that they're dependents and eligible for benefits under the MSD Health Insurance Society?

You cannot transfer family members to a different plan simply to receive better benefits. To be named as dependents, they must actually depend on the insured person for their living.
