The Health Insurance Society will pay “Funeral Expenses” in the event of the death of an insured person or dependent. It will pay “Funeral Costs” to the person who actually administered the burial of a deceased person in the event of a deceased person with no family members or close friends.
When requesting payment of Funeral Costs, attach receipts indicating the cost of the burial, in addition to the Death Certificate.
If you are a voluntarily and continuously insured person, contact Value HR by telephone.
Attach the copy of Death Certificate.

If you are a MSDKK or MSDGK employee, please log in to the e-pay application portal site, click the “Add or Remove Eligible Family Members tab” and select the applicable item, and apply for a “Notification of Change in the Number of Eligible Family Members”. After electronic filing is completed, you will receive a set of papers from Payroll Inc. Please fill in those papers and send them back to Payroll Inc. in the enclosed return envelope.
