How to apply	If you are an MSDKK or MSDGK employee, change your address by the "workday®" portal site.Information on a Change of Address Notification filed will be uploaded to the MSD Health Insurance Society. ※Change both "Address of the Certificate of Residence" and "Current Address". And input the latest date for valid date. System on around the 10th of the following month or next month. If you are an MSD AH KK employee, contact to TG Japan Inc. in charge of AH If you are an ORGANON KK employee, contact to i6 Consulting Sharoshi Hojin in charge of ORGANON If you are a voluntarily and continuously insured person, contact Value HR, Health Insurance BPO Center, in charge of MSD by telephone.
